In “Throw In the Towel” an athlete is training hard to keep up with his female counterparts at the dancehall, meanwhile DRAK’s pulsating soca rhythm and fast paced lyrics provide the soundtrack and the motivation to keep on going no matter what and never throw in the towel and quit.

We shot this video in Anguilla, British West Indies over the course of four days. Due to logistical constraints we used only one or two lights for most of the scenes and shot the athlete scenes as a separate movie (Super Floyd) that we then edited with the rest of the scenes in music video. It was a challenge putting it all together in a way that made sense but everything worked out fine and everyone involved was very pleased with the result. “Throw In the Towel” has been seen by over 20 million people on Tempo Networks and various other broadcast outlets throughout the caribbean.
